Thailand trip questions, answered
How many days are enough for Thailand?
Four nights covers Bangkok and Pattaya comfortably. For beaches such as Phuket and Krabi, plan seven to eight nights in total.
What is the best time to visit Thailand from India?
November to February is the best time: cooler, dry and good for the beaches. March to May is hot, and June to October brings monsoon rain, with lower hotel rates.
Do Indians need a visa for Thailand?
No, not for a tourist trip of up to 30 days. Since 15 September 2026 Indians get 30 days visa-free, and must submit the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before arrival.
Are flights included in the Thailand package?
No, the package covers hotels, transfers and tours. Travlys can add flights from Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi or any Indian city to the same quote.
Is this Thailand package good for families?
Yes. Coral Island, Safari World and Marine Park are favourites with children, and we can arrange family rooms and private transfers.
Can I add Phuket or Krabi?
Yes. A three or four night Phuket and Krabi extension with the Phi Phi island tour is the most popular add-on; we requote with the domestic flight included.
